Mr Smirnov is qualified economist and international accountant with vast consulting and senior management experience in diverse industries combined with unique expertise of operating in multi-cultural environments.

Mr Smirnov has been at the forefront of major international investment appraisals and business undertakings creating business plans for multinational companies, making project evaluations, managing due diligence investigations, analysing financial performance, setting up financial systems and improving internal controls for existing and new businesses.

Prior to setting up his own business Mr Smirnov had been working in London for 15 years mostly in senior executive positions with multinational companies, including major international accounting firm, an oil trading and construction group, a UK insurance company and an international metal trading and investment group.
