Current and recent projects that the company has been engaged in:
- Financial and business structuring advice to a Latvian property development and residential construction group going through the period of rapid local growth and focused on international expansion through joint ventures with major European strategic investors.
- Advising on elements of financial and business restructuring and recovery of a large knitwear production company in the Baltic States with distribution network all around Europe and the United States.
- Managing financial due diligence of a large metals trading company and its manufacturing subsidiaries in Russia for the purpose of a $40m investment involving a number of Western funds and banks.
- Developing financial and operational plan for setting up a "junk debt fund" facility involving Western investors for the purpose of trading distressed debt of Russian companies.
- Advising on financial valuation and feasibility study of a major copper and zinc mining company in the Urals region of Russia in preparation for a phased investment programme implementation.
- Evaluation of business plans for production of steel, copper and aluminium alloys in Central Russia and assistance in arranging short-to-medium term project financing and trade financing facilities.
- Financial management and corporate restructuring advice to a large holding company, based in the Baltic States with major investments in textiles manufacturing, shipbuilding, logistics, port development, material handling, rubber manufacturing and other industries.
